We are so excited to celebrate with you in Cancun! To make your stay smooth and enjoyable, please take note of the following important details:

Hotel Booking

All guests attending the wedding are required to book their stay through the resort website: Garza Blanca Resort – Jenny & John Wedding Group.

Dates: 11/05/2026 – 11/08/2026

Minimum Stay: 3 nights

You’re welcome to extend your stay or explore other resorts before or after the wedding dates! To attend the wedding events, please make sure to book a minimum of 3 nights at Garza Blanca through the link above.

When you reserve your room, a 30% deposit will be charged at the time of booking, and the remaining balance will be due at check-in.

Booking Deadline: Please book by July 1, 2026.

The sooner you book, the more room options you’ll have to choose from!

We understand this is a vacation for everyone attending, so feel free to plan your stay and activities as you like—just make sure the minimum 3 nights are booked at Garza Blanca through the wedding link.

To guarantee the reservation; 30% of the total reservation non-refundable is required, the remaining amount will be charged at the check in.

Dinner Reservations at Garza Blanca Cancun

When it’s time to make dinner reservations, we recommend using a direct phone number to the resort. Dinner reservations can also be made online and will open 45 days prior to arrival.

Flights

Everyone is responsible for booking their own flights. Please plan your travel accordingly.

Travel Requirements

A passport is required to travel to Mexico. Passport Validity Reminder. Most international destinations require that your passport be valid for at least 6 months beyond your travel dates. Please check your passport’s expiration date and renew it if it expires within 6 months of your trip to avoid any travel issues.

Greta & Co. Travel Design is not responsible for any denied boarding situations if the name is incorrect on your airline ticket or your passport is expired.

Your airline ticket should be booked with your full name as it appears exactly on your passport.

Please confirm that your passport does not show excessive signs of wear and tear and does not expire within 6 months of travel.

A passport card is not valid for international travel. You must travel with your passport booklet.

Visa Requirement

Greta & Co. Travel Design is not responsible for any denied entry into Mexico. U.S. citizens do not need a Visa to visit Mexico. If you are a citizen of another country, please see if you are required to obtain a Visa to visit Mexico.

Greta & Co. Travel Design and Garza Blanca are pleased to provide you with reliable airport transfers and excursion activities. Please book your airport transportation before October 31, 2026. You can access the booking link here:

Travel Insurance

Greta & Co. Travel Design is proud to partner with the top provider, Allianz, to offer you the best travel insurance coverage in the industry. They have many different plans you can choose from. Some plans must be purchased within 14 days of the initial trip deposit. Purchasing travel insurance can provide peace of mind and financial protection, helping you navigate unexpected situations while traveling.

Visitax

Visitax is a mandatory tax for all foreign travelers to Quintana Roo, Mexico, a popular region including Cancun, Tulum, and Playa del Carmen. While some visitors may not be asked to show proof of payment upon arrival or departure, it is an official requirement. Authorities may conduct random checks.

Failure to pay Visitax could result in unnecessary delays at the airport, potential fines, or complications during your departure. To avoid any last-minute stress, it is best to complete the payment ahead of time and keep a copy of your confirmation as proof.
